ISoc has many events which aim to a provide a true and comprehensive understanding of Islam. Speakers from around the world are invited to give a wide range of lectures and seminars from "Jesus: Prophet of Islam" to "The Miracles of the Quran" to "The Islamic Economic System" (for all of which tapes are available free of charge). The biggest events have been the Islam Awareness Weeks, which saw exhibitions on Islam open to the public, a series of talks given by prominent speakers and dinners.

An Islamic Information Desk has also been running in the City Centre for dawa purposes, distributing literature and offering an opportunity for the public to meet and talk to Muslims.
