Iraq's healthcare is in a far worse condition than before the war, say Doctors from the British medical charity 'Medact'.

Four groups representing torture victims of General Augusto Pinochet's military government in Chile have staged a protest against the compensation deal of $190 a month. Gen Pinochet ruled Chile for 17 years and the new study, an official report, found there are at least 28,000 torture victims.
