Home About ISoc Alumni

Alumni

Are you a past ISoc member?

We are always looking to keep in contact with ISocers from previous years, to let you know of events we are holding and how the society is progressing after you have graduated from Cambridge.

ALUMNI DATABASE
We are currently compiling an ISoc Alumni database so we can get in touch with you. We are planning on sending a termly alumni newsletter with information about ISoc activities and events, with a minimal volume of e-mails from us! Please could you send your details (name, college, year matriculated/graduated, subject and contact e-mail) to our Secretary, Sabiha (sa516 @cam.ac.uk) and she can send you more information.

YOUR FORMATIVE YEARS
The ISoc plays an important role in the lives of many students while they are at university. We are able to provide a number of events, entertainment and support to students and do not charge a membership fee. Having benefited from these during your time at university, please do donate generously to the ISoc and inshAllah your donation will benefit current ISocers, as we rely on donations to run our many beneficial activities. We are working on an online donation method but in the meantime, please contact our treasurer, Mostafa (ma470 @cam.ac.uk) for information on ways to give and where your money goes.

OXBRIDGE MUSLIM ALUMNI
The OMA exists to unite alumni from both Oxford and Cambridge Universities and organise a number of reunion events (such as the most recent reunion lunch held in Oxford in November 09). For more details visit http://www.oxbridgemuslims.org.uk/

For the mind to ponder. . .

And say: "Truth has (now) arrived, and Falsehood perished: for Falsehood is (by its nature) bound to perish." We send down (stage by stage) in the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss.

(Quran 17:81-82)

For the eyes. . .
